What’s the difference between “All In Coaching” and the Virtual Bootcamp?

All In Coaching is our most personalized experience. You get a 1:1 coach, fully customized workouts and nutrition, and unlimited support.

The Monthly Online Bootcamp is a high-energy group program with weekly check-ins, and shared programming - it’s affordable, fun, and effective. 

Do I get a custom plan or a group program?

If you're in All In, your entire plan is personalized - workouts, nutrition, check-ins, everything!

The Monthly Bootcamp follows a full body strength program with new exercises every month.

Can I switch programs if my goals change?

Yes! If you start with Bootcamp and realize you need more structure or support, we’ll help you upgrade to All In Coaching. We're flexible - and your program should be too.

How do I know which program is right for me?

It depends on your needs and support level:

• All In Coaching is for people who want full customization, nutritional guidance, and coach access anytime.

• The Bootcamp is great if you thrive in a group environment and want a solid plan to follow.

📲 Access & Support
When will I hear from my coach?

After signing up, you’ll get an email invite to join our app. Once you’ve joined, your coach will reach out within 24 hours to welcome you and get everything set up.

What app do I need?

No need to head to the app store just yet! After you sign up, keep an eye on your email for your invite and follow the prompts to join. Only active clients receive access to the app, so once you’re officially signed up, you’ll get your invite!

What if I miss a day or fall behind?

Life happens! Just pick up where you left off. Your coach will help you get back on track and adjust your plan if needed - no guilt, just progress.

How do I contact support?

For tech or account issues, email us at team@fitcarna.com. For coaching questions, message your coach directly inside the app.

💳 Payments & Policies
What’s your refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds due to the custom nature of our coaching - but if something isn’t right, reach out. We handle each situation on a case-by-case basis, because you’re not just a number to us. We care about your experience and will always work with you to make it right.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

We don't currently offer subscriptions for any of our services. However, if you're interested in learning more about flexible payment plans, please email us.

Can I pause my coaching?

Yes! If life gets in the way, just message your coach or email us at team@fitcarna.com and we’ll pause your coaching.

Are there any hidden fees?

Nope. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. No hidden charges, ever!

⏱️ Results & Expectations
How fast will I see results?

Everyone starts at a different point, but with consistent effort and communication, most clients see noticeable changes in strength, body composition, and energy within the first 4 weeks.

Do I need gym access?

Nope! If you're going All In, we’ll design a program based on what you have access to. Our Monthly Bootcamp is dumbbell only, but can also be completed with household items or bodyweight movements.

What if I have an injury?

If you get injured, please message your coach.

All-In Coaching clients receive personalized, 1:1 support - your program will be adjusted to fit your recovery needs.

Monthly Bootcamp members don’t have 1:1 coaching, but you’ll still have access to the workouts, community, and accountability check-ins while you follow your doctor’s guidance on activity levels.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. All In Coaching is entirely personalized, and our Monthly Bootcamp program is appropriate for all fitness levels. 

🛠️ Troubleshooting
I didn’t get my welcome email - what do I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first - it sometimes hides in there! If you still don’t see it, just email us at team@fitcarna.com and we’ll resend it right away.

How do I reschedule my consultation call?

You can use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule your call. Can’t find it? Shoot us an email and we’ll get you squared away.
