Each 8-Week Challenge is based around a new workout program. Choose at-home or gym-based options, and follow along with step-by-step video demos inside our app. Track your workouts and track your progress.

Coach Support

Get basic weekly coaching check-ins inside the app. Ask questions, share wins, and get feedback from your coach. We want to see you succeed!

Group Accountability + Motivating Challenges & Prizes

To keep things fun and help you stay consistent, the Challenge includes a private group chat where you can connect with other members. Prizes are awarded to those who stay consistent and put in the work. All you need to do is show up, check in, and stay committed.

What happens after I sign up?
You’ll get a confirmation email and a private link to download our app. Within 24 hours, a Carna coach will reach out to guide setup so you’re ready to start Bootcamp.
How do I download the app?
Right after purchase, we’ll email you a private download link. Tap to install and you’re in.
What do I do once I get the app?
Create your profile, watch the short welcome video, and complete the quick intake form. Your coach will message you directly to walk you through the program.
What if I don’t have access to a gym?
Every workout includes bodyweight, dumbbell, and band alternatives so you can train at home with minimal equipment.
How long are the workouts?
Most sessions are 45 minutes or less, so you can fit them into a busy day.
What if I’ve never worked out before?
Perfect. Bootcamp was built for beginners. Clear instructions and video demos show exactly what to do, and your coach and group support you step by step.
