At Carna, we’re committed to delivering high-quality coaching and programs. Due to the nature of digital products and personalized services, refunds are limited — but we’ll always do our best to make things right.
We may issue a full or partial refund if:
You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge.
You purchased a program but never accessed or received it.
You signed up for coaching but received no services and request cancellation within 15 days of purchase.
To request a refund, contact us at team@fitcarna.com with your name, order details, and reason for the request.
Delivered or accessed custom coaching programs
Completed 1:1 coaching calls or services
Nutrition plans or training programs that have been sent
Sale items, digital downloads, or gift cards
Once a program has been accessed or services have begun, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
If you need to cancel a coaching purchase, you must contact us within 12 hours of payment and before any services have started. After that point, cancellations will be reviewed case by case.
If you reside in the EU and have purchased a digital product you haven’t accessed yet, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation window under EU law.
