Refund policy

At Carna, we’re committed to delivering high-quality coaching and programs. Due to the nature of digital products and personalized services, refunds are limited — but we’ll always do our best to make things right.




Eligible Refund Situations

We may issue a full or partial refund if:

  • You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge.

  • You purchased a program but never accessed or received it.

  • You signed up for coaching but received no services and request cancellation within 15 days of purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at team@fitcarna.com with your name, order details, and reason for the request.




Non-Refundable Purchases

  • Delivered or accessed custom coaching programs

  • Completed 1:1 coaching calls or services

  • Nutrition plans or training programs that have been sent

  • Sale items, digital downloads, or gift cards

Once a program has been accessed or services have begun, the purchase becomes non-refundable.




🔁 Cancellations

If you need to cancel a coaching purchase, you must contact us within 12 hours of payment and before any services have started. After that point, cancellations will be reviewed case by case.




🌍 European Union Customers

If you reside in the EU and have purchased a digital product you haven’t accessed yet, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation window under EU law.
