At Carna Coaching, we do not sell or ship physical products as part of our coaching services. All of our offerings—workouts, nutrition plans, coaching check-ins, and client tools—are delivered digitally through our app or by email.




📦 Do We Ever Ship Items?

On rare occasions, we may run giveaways or promotions that include physical items. These are offered strictly as bonuses and not part of our coaching packages.

If you receive a giveaway item from us:

  • We’ll contact you directly for your mailing address.

  • Shipping is provided at no cost to you.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or lost promotional packages.




❗International Shipping

If we do ship a giveaway item internationally, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays related to their country’s postal system.
