I've never lifted weights. Is this really for me?

Yes. Every workout includes video demos and coach's notes that explain exactly what to do and how to do it. The program assumes no prior experience.

What equipment do I need?

Dumbbells are the only equipment you need. For the best results, you should have a light, medium, and heavy set so you can progress each week.

How long are the workouts?

35 minutes or less. Built to fit into a busy schedule without cutting corners.

What if I miss a workout?

Pick up where you left off. The program is self-paced.

How does the Everfit app work?
