It's built for clients who want structure, consistent support, and a plan that holds up under everyday life.
What is your coaching background and experience?
The Carna Method was built by Cameron and Alli, who together have coached hundreds of clients across fat loss, muscle building, lifestyle transformation, and performance prep including bodybuilding and powerlifting. Our approach is built around individualized programming, your data, and weekly adjustments. If you have specific questions about your particular goals, bring them when we connect.
Who is this not for?
If you're looking for a quick fix or a basic template plan, this isn't the right fit. We keep our roster limited and work with clients who are ready to execute and communicate consistently.
What if I don't have much time?
We build your plan around the time you have, not an ideal schedule. Training volume, session length, and nutrition approach are all structured around your life.
How much coach access do I get?
You get direct access to your coach for questions and decisions as they come up, along with structured weekly check-in calls. We keep our capacity limited so response quality and attention stay high.
Do I need a gym or specific equipment?
No. We can program for a full gym, a home setup, or minimal equipment. We build around what you have and what you can do consistently.
What if I have injuries or health issues?
Mention this in your application. We program around your restrictions, follow your doctor's guidance where needed, and adjust as you progress. It's important context for building your plan correctly from day one.
Do you work with bodybuilders or powerlifters?
Yes. We coach performance-focused clients through off-season development and prep phases. We'll talk through realistic timelines when we connect.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is personalized to your goals and the level of support you need. Flexible payment options are available, and we'll walk through everything on your consultation call.
