Carna offers fitness and nutrition coaching services, personalized workout and meal plans, digital products, and virtual support. Our programs are delivered online through our website, email, or coaching platform (such as Everfit).

2. Eligibility

3. Purchases & Billing

All services must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan at the time of purchase. We offer payment plan options for certain coaching programs — these may be processed automatically on a recurring schedule.

By purchasing, you agree to complete your full payment plan as agreed, regardless of your participation level or results.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and keeping your payment method up to date. We reserve the right to pause or terminate service if payment fails.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our services include personalized coaching and digital content, all sales are final once access is granted or programming has begun. Refunds are only offered on a case-by-case basis under our Return & Refund Policy.

You may request to cancel a purchase within 12 hours if services have not yet begun.

We use third-party platforms and software to deliver parts of our services, including but not limited to Shopify, Everfit, Zapier, and email marketing providers.

By using our services, you agree to also be bound by the terms of those platforms where applicable.
