Before You Start


Carna Method
1:1 Online Coaching
The Carna Method is fully personalized 1:1 online coaching. You get a custom training program, nutrition coaching and direct access to your coach throughout the entire process. Everything is built around your goal, your schedule and your starting point. Nothing is templated.
Women 20 to 55 who are serious about changing their body and ready for a plan built around their life. If you've followed other programs and the results never stuck, the approach was likely the problem. The Carna Method starts by building the plan around you.
Your program and nutrition guidance live inside the Everfit app on your phone. You follow your plan, log your workouts and check in with your coach weekly. Your coach reviews your progress, makes adjustments and keeps the plan moving forward. You always know what you're doing and why.
Yes. Your program is built around whatever equipment you have access to, whether that's a commercial gym, a home setup or something in between. Just let us know during onboarding and your plan will reflect it.
Step 1: Apply. Fill out the application form so we can learn about your goals and where you're starting from.
Step 2: Book your call. If it's a fit, you'll book a free strategy call. We go over your goals, your history, the right path forward and full pricing.
Step 3: Get started. We confirm your start date and walk you through onboarding so you know exactly what to expect from day one.
There's no commitment to apply, and the call is completely free. If the Carna Method isn't the right fit, we'll tell you.
In-Person Training
Roanoke, VA
In-person training is the Carna Method with weekly face-to-face sessions added. You get a personalized training program, nutrition coaching, out-of-gym support and direct coach access through the Everfit app, plus weekly in-person sessions at Aspen Total Fitness in Roanoke, VA. Packages and pricing are on the in-person training page.
Your coach is with you in the gym for the full session. Form correction, technique coaching, real-time adjustments and direct accountability every time you train. Hands-on coaching from start to finish.
Yes. Your program and nutrition guidance are with you through the app every day. Your coach is available between sessions for questions and check-ins. Support continues after you leave the gym.
Session frequency depends on the package you choose, listed on the in-person training page. Book a free consultation through that page so we can match you to the right package before your first session.
8-Week Challenge
Group Program
A structured 8-week group program built to produce results in a fixed window. You follow a proven training and nutrition system with coaching support throughout. It's competitive and structured, with a firm start and end date so there's no drifting. See the current round on the challenge page.
Women who want a defined starting point with built-in accountability. It works well if you're new to structured training, want to test the Carna system before committing to 1:1 coaching, or you just perform better when there's a group and a deadline.
A structured training program, access to the Everfit app for tracking and group coaching support for the full 8 weeks. Check-ins at the start and end track your progress and hold you accountable from day one.
The challenge is a group program with a shared structure. The Carna Method is fully personalized 1:1 coaching built around you specifically. The challenge is a strong entry point, and a lot of clients use it as the first step before moving into the Carna Method for longer-term results.

Self-Paced Programs
On-Demand · $25
Three on-demand programs you follow on your own schedule: Built in 35, Foundations and StrongHER, each $25. They're delivered through the Everfit app with full workout videos, so you can start anytime and train at your own pace. Browse them on the self-paced programs page.
The self-paced programs give you the training structure without the coaching layer. There are no check-ins, adjustments or direct coach access. They're a good fit if you want a proven plan to follow on your own, or a low-cost way to try the Carna style before applying for the Carna Method.
Pricing & Payment
Carna Method pricing depends on your support level and commitment length. The most popular option is high-support coaching on a 3-month commitment at $300/mo. We go over the full range and find the right fit for you on your strategy call, after you apply.
Pricing is posted directly on each page: in-person training, the 8-week challenge and the self-paced programs ($25 each). No call needed for any of these.

Results
Your results depend on your starting point and how closely you follow the plan. With full commitment, visible change inside the first 30 days is common. See more on the success stories page.
Changes in energy, strength and sleep usually show up within the first two weeks. Visible physical changes typically land between weeks 4 and 8. How fast you progress comes down to consistency. The plan works when you work it.
No. Nutrition coaching at Carna is built around fueling your body well so it supports your goal. You learn how to eat in a way that's sustainable instead of obsessing over every meal. The focus is structure you can actually keep.
Plenty of clients come to Carna after other programs didn't stick. Generic plans tend to fail because they aren't built around the person following them. The Carna approach starts by pinpointing your specific root problem, then builds the plan around it.
