This challenge is built for consistency.
You don't need a perfect schedule or hours in the gym. Set aside an hour for yourself 4 days a week, then show up, and see the results follow.
The Consistency Challenge
This 8-week program follows a 4-day strength training structure with two upper body days and two lower body days each week. You'll build strength gradually through planned progressions while improving confidence, fitness, and consistency. Every exercise includes video demonstrations. This program has dumbbell alternatives for those who exercise at home.
